About the role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to lead enterprise control testing within our compliance and risk function. The role focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of controls across the bank’s operations and ensuring robust risk management practices.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, execute and document control testing programs for enterprise-wide processes.
  • Perform risk assessments and identify control gaps.
  • Collaborate with governance teams to align testing with enterprise governance frameworks.
  • Conduct internal audit activities and root‑cause analysis of identified issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in control testing, risk assessment or internal audit within the banking sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
