About the role
SIRIM Berhad is seeking a motivated Researcher to join its green plastics team in Kulim. You will work on pilot‑scale projects that explore sustainable plastic alternatives, gaining hands‑on experience in a cutting‑edge research environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct experimental work on green plastic formulations and pilot‑scale processes.
- Collect, analyse and interpret data to support project objectives.
- Collaborate with senior researchers and cross‑functional teams to advance research outcomes.
- Document findings and prepare technical reports.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates or experienced candidates with a background in material science, chemical engineering or related fields.
- Strong interest in sustainable materials and innovation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
