About the role
We are seeking an R&D Engineer / Research Associate to join our research and engineering unit in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on conducting innovative research in the rubber and broader commodities sector, from concept through to product execution.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments in novel areas of the industry.
- Analyze research data and translate findings into actionable product concepts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure research aligns with market needs.
- Document research progress and prepare technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
