About the role
Join the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) team in Kuala Lumpur as an intern, supporting the manager in daily operations and project work. This 4‑6 month placement offers hands‑on experience in procurement processes, automation initiatives and continuous‑improvement activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with request fulfilment planning and administration.
- Support automation efforts to streamline P2P workflows.
- Participate in improvement discussions, helping define plans and timelines.
- Contribute to tactical projects aligned with team objectives.
- Coordinate and manage administrative aspects of P2P initiatives.
- Prepare documentation and presentation slides for assigned activities.
- Provide ad‑hoc operational support to the unit as needed.
Required profile
- Available for a minimum 4‑6 month internship.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Linguistics or related fields.
- Demonstrates maturity, independence and strong teamwork.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
