About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead construction projects from the planning stage through to successful completion. The role requires overseeing all phases of a project while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead construction projects from planning to completion.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep work on track.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare regular progress reports and present them to senior management.
Required profile
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing construction projects.
- Strong leadership abilities and proven ability to drive teams toward goals.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
