Programme Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Programme Administrator to join MICLOH Consulting Group in Johor Bahru. In this role you will help coordinate a range of programmes, provide support to students and clients, and handle enquiries while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of assigned programmes, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Serve as the first point of contact for students, clients and internal stakeholders, responding to enquiries promptly.
• Maintain programme documentation, records and reporting systems.
• Assist in the preparation of programme materials and communications.
• Utilise AI‑enabled tools to streamline administrative processes and data handling.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
• Experience using AI‑based productivity tools.
