Production Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to join dtcpay’s fintech team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role you will ensure the stability and performance of our payment platforms, collaborating with development and operations teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts to maintain service availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting payment processing.
• Collaborate with developers to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and incident post‑mortems.
• Maintain documentation of support procedures and system configurations.
