About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team of Line Leaders and Production Assistants at our Jelapang site in Ipoh. The role focuses on ensuring that production meets quality, yield, productivity and cycle‑time targets. The position is based in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia, providing a strategic location for regional production activities. Work arrangement is on‑site, requiring presence at the Jelapang facility during operational hours. The role is a full‑time position offering stable employment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Line Leaders and Production Assistants.
• Monitor production performance to achieve quality standards.
• Drive yield improvements and maintain productivity levels.
• Ensure cycle times are met according to operational goals.
