Production Planning Executive

About the role
The Production Planning Executive will oversee planning and control of production resources at Konica Minolta’s Melaka facility. The role ensures that manufacturing operations run smoothly, inventory levels are optimized and logistics are coordinated to meet organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules using SAP to align with demand forecasts.
- Monitor stock levels, perform inventory analysis and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Manage logistics processes, including material flow and shipment planning.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement and warehouse teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Track performance metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in production planning or related manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make decisions.
- Good communication skills to work cross‑functionally.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast‑paced environment.
