About the role

The Production Manager will lead South Island Garment's garment manufacturing operations in Perai, Penang. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on meeting production, quality, cost, delivery, safety and efficiency targets.

Key responsibilities

Oversee overall garment production processes to ensure targets are met.
Maintain and improve product quality standards.
Control manufacturing costs and drive cost‑efficiency initiatives.
Ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
Uphold workplace safety and compliance standards.
Identify and implement operational efficiency improvements.

Required profile

Relevant experience in garment manufacturing operations.
