Product Support Manager

About the role

The Product Support Manager serves as the primary technical interface for regional customers, ensuring continuous fleet operations and high customer satisfaction across Malaysia and the wider region. This permanent, onsite role is part of the Airbus Helicopters Technical Support Network.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Level 1 Product Support Manager, handling technical queries, providing airworthiness advisories, and coordinating maintenance logistics.
• Drive query resolution using WebTek within defined KPIs, formulate troubleshooting solutions, and conduct on‑site damage assessments.
• Guide customers on ASB/EASB compliance, track operator compliance status, and consolidate technical return‑of‑experience reports.
• Report incidents via the ISII process, collect fleet data, and deliver regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Professional experience in technical support or engineering within the aviation or related industry.
• Strong understanding of airworthiness regulations, maintenance processes, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with engineering and MRO teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WebTek, Hyperion, ChildNeo, SCDM, and Gsuite.
• Experience in troubleshooting, repair solution formulation, and technical documentation.
