About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join MTD Industries in Johor. The role focuses on designing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.

Key responsibilities

Design manufacturing processes based on production requirements.
Analyse existing workflows and implement optimisation strategies.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless implementation of process improvements.

Required profile

Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work on‑site full‑time within a five‑day work week.
