Priority Banking Relationship Manager – Johor Bahru

About the role

Join Hong Leong Bank’s Priority Banking team in Johor Bahru and manage high‑net‑worth client relationships. You will leverage your wealth‑management licences to deliver tailored financial solutions and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen profitable relationships with retail high‑net‑worth customers.
• Market investment products and cross‑sell mortgage, credit‑card and other consumer solutions.
• Generate new business through referrals, advisory services and collaboration with Investment Consultants.
• Achieve portfolio growth targets in line with the Priority Banking segment goals.
• Partner with Product Owners and the Centre Manager to enhance market presence and meet individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Studies or related field.
• Relevant licences: PCE (Life), PCE (General), CIELI, FIMM/FMUTM (IPPC is a plus).
• Strong sales orientation with a proven track record in wealth‑product sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
