Policy Servicing Analyst (System Support & Projects)

About the role

Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is hiring a Policy Servicing Analyst in Kuala Lumpur. The role covers policy servicing operational support, business process analysis and other duties assigned by the supervisor, supporting Digital Servicing, Automation and System Enhancement initiatives and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in digital servicing, automation, system enhancement and process improvement projects, reviewing processes and identifying opportunities.
• Liaise with and coordinate with the supervisor and IT or system support, and assist in project meetings.
• Help prepare system and business requirements and business process reviews, and prepare test scripts and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare sign-off documents from stakeholders and implementation sign-off documents, and help monitor results.
• Review and recommend measures to improve existing processes and systems.
• Prepare business cases and presentation slides for related initiatives and projects.
• Perform data analysis and present findings to support business decisions.
• Establish and update guidelines, working instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Meet or exceed timelines and objectives for other assignments and projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Preferred: 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
