Oracle Fusion Consultant – Record to Report (R2R)

About the role

AVEVA is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant to strengthen its Record‑to‑Report (R2R) capabilities. You will work closely with Finance and IT teams across multiple regions, ensuring smooth month‑end closes, data integrity, and continuous improvement of financial processes using Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion R2R modules (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and related integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancement requests.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, conduct R2R regression testing, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Work with third‑party vendors and Oracle engineers to address technical issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud financial modules (GL, FA, CM).
• Strong knowledge of R2R processes, including close cycles, reconciliations, asset accounting, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting global users across multiple regions.
• Familiarity with change management and compliance frameworks such as SOX.
• Fluent English communication skills.
