About the role

The Operator I – Quality Operations role supports Alcon's manufacturing and distribution processes in Malaysia. You will work under defined procedures to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance throughout production.

Key responsibilities

Perform manual and operational tasks according to established guidelines.
Monitor product quality at multiple stages and address non‑conformances promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with GxP regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Support daily operations and help improve team efficiency.
Provide guidance to team members to uphold quality management standards.

Required profile

Minimum education: Form 4 or higher.
No prior experience required; suitable for junior candidates.
Ability to follow procedures with precision and minimal decision‑making.

Required skills

Knowledge of GxP regulations.
Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
