About the role

The Operator I in Production Technical Operations supports Alcon's manufacturing floor by ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient production processes. You will work closely with supervisors and operators to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and output. This position is ideal for candidates with a secondary education who are eager to start a career in a regulated production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Alcon policies and the Code of Business Conduct.
• Monitor that operators follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Track and achieve hourly production output targets.
• Provide accurate production data to the Supervisor.
• Verify that all required production materials are available and ready.
• Uphold Alcon Health, Safety and Environment standards.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Form 4 (or equivalent secondary education) or higher.
• No prior experience required.
• Commitment to Alcon values, standards and safety policies.
