About the role

Alcon is seeking an Operator I to join its Production Technical Operations team in Malaysia. The role involves supporting manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Alcon policies and the Code of Business Conduct.
Guide operators to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor and achieve hourly output targets.
Provide production data to the Supervisor.
Verify that all required production materials are available.
Uphold Alcon values, standards, and health, safety, and environment requirements.

Required profile

Minimum education: PMR or equivalent.
No prior work experience required, though preferred.
