About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth initiatives for a fast‑growing aesthetic brand. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will shape the brand’s market presence and drive customer acquisition in a vibrant, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated brand and growth marketing strategies.
• Manage digital, social media, and offline campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to refine positioning.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns for ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management or growth marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
