Manufacturing Operations Executive (Supervisor)

About the role

As a Manufacturing Operations Executive you will lead a large production team at Bosch's Bayan Lepas facility, ensuring high‑quality output, on‑time delivery and continuous improvement of processes. You will translate corporate objectives into actionable goals for line leaders and operators, fostering a "Quality First" culture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise resources to meet OEE, productivity and internal failure cost targets.
• Drive zero‑defect production and 100% on‑time delivery across all shifts.
• Maintain downtime records, analyse loss opportunities and initiate improvement projects.
• Lead daily CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) meetings and coordinate with the TEF group.
• Support line leaders, technicians and operators on daily tasks and quality procedures.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide guidance for development.
• Oversee year‑end physical inventory count and enforce safety and 5S activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in manufacturing supervision or operations management.
• Proven ability to lead >50 blue‑collar and white‑collar staff.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and project‑organising skills.
• Commitment to placing quality as the top priority.
