Mandarin Customer Service Executive (Call Centre)

About the role

We are looking for a Mandarin‑speaking Customer Service Executive to join our call centre in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while providing high‑quality support to our Mandarin‑language customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound Mandarin calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat.
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets and KPI metrics.
• Document interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to improve service processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Recent graduate, SPM leaver, or candidate with basic customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment and adhere to scheduled shifts (no night shift).
