Telesales Consultant

About the role

EPOS, a point-of-sale digital solutions provider backed by Ant International and part of the Antom group, is looking for a Telesales Consultant to join its Sales team in Kuala Lumpur. You will identify potential clients, make connections and set appointments for the sales team, turning cold calls into warm leads. The workplace is on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Research and scrape the web for qualified leads and decision-maker contacts, and build and maintain a prospect database.
• Contact potential clients by phone to introduce EPOS products and services, build rapport and communicate the value proposition.
• Convert cold calls into qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Meet or exceed appointment-setting and lead-generation KPIs.
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups in the CRM and ensure outreach complies with company policies and regulations.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and help with administrative tasks when needed.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing or outbound sales.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills, and the ability to write professional emails.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused, able to work under pressure and multitask to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable using messaging and CRM platforms.
