Manager, Sales - Digital Infrastructure

About the role

A fast-growing organisation at the heart of the digital economy is seeking a Manager, Sales to help enterprises accelerate their digital transformation through infrastructure solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, build strategic customer relationships and drive revenue growth, working with enterprise customers across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business, expand existing relationships and exceed revenue targets
• Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, lead generation, requirements discovery, solution development, commercial proposals, negotiation and deal closure
• Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact, driving customer retention and account growth
• Monitor competitors and market trends, providing local market intelligence
• Prepare proposals, quotations and documentation, support RFx and tender submissions, and take part in commercial negotiations
• Work with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Marketing and global sales teams, and represent the company at industry events
• Maintain the sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce or an equivalent CRM

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development or account management in technology, infrastructure, telecommunications, data centre, cloud or related industries
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
• Preferred: certifications such as CDCP or equivalent; knowledge of networking, power or infrastructure technologies; additional languages such as Mandarin

• Consultative selling, negotiation and strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
