Manager – Global Supply Chain Excellence (APAC & NA)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead the design and optimisation of Global Business (GB) supply‑chain services across APAC and North America. The role will focus on translating business demand, legal requirements and strategic initiatives into efficient, cost‑effective service models.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test and implement new or enhanced supply‑chain services, ensuring alignment with the GB service catalogue.
• Conduct impact and cost analyses for service changes, and provide data for tender strategies.
• Identify automation and digitalisation opportunities and drive their execution with DevOps and business experts.
• Develop customer‑specific and cross‑regional distribution concepts in collaboration with SDU, Procurement, Customs and Finance teams.
• Integrate new business units into the GB service structure as the subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 5‑7 years of experience in supply‑chain or logistics functions, with strong knowledge of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to lead process optimisation, automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
