About the role

Lead Electrical Engineer responsible for overseeing high‑voltage and low‑voltage distribution projects within industrial construction sites in Malaysia. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering projects on time and to quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HV/LV distribution and industrial construction projects.
• Experience with semiconductor, cleanroom, data‑centre, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated facilities.
• Knowledge of Malaysian construction practices, statutory requirements and authority approvals.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to be based on site in Selangor and travel as required.

Required skills

• HV and LV distribution engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with FIDIC contract principles and international project‑management standards.
• Use of project management and engineering software.
