About the role
The Lead Analyst will join the Technology Centre to design, develop and maintain high‑impact core systems that support AIA Singapore’s business operations. Working on‑site in Kuala Lumpur, you will use a modern technology stack to deliver scalable solutions that drive stability and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance core applications that underpin AIA Singapore’s operational processes.
- Design scalable solutions using .NET Core, Node.js and React.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adopt emerging best practices.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a lead or senior analyst in software development.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality, business‑critical solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in an on‑site, collaborative environment.
- Commitment to ongoing skill development and innovation.
