About the role
Jayapay is looking for an IT Support Executive to join its team in Kuala Lumpur. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in technical support and help global merchants keep their payment systems running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support to global merchants on a shift basis.
- Monitor payment systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Diagnose and resolve API, transaction and integration issues.
- Escalate complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
- Document incidents and solutions for knowledge‑base improvement.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a strong interest in IT support and payment technologies.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple tickets efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
