IT Service Desk Supervisor – Regional Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Supervisor to lead our regional support team across Asia. This on‑site role in Kuala Lumpur City Centre offers the chance to work within a multinational enterprise IT environment and grow towards IT Operations Management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a regional IT Service Desk team covering multiple Asian locations.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality technical support in line with service level agreements.
• Monitor and report on SLA performance and drive continuous service improvement.
• Coordinate with multinational enterprise IT departments to align support processes.
• Identify opportunities for career growth towards IT Operations Management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising or leading an IT service desk or help‑desk environment.
• Strong understanding of IT support processes and SLA management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural setting.
• Willingness to develop further into IT operations management.
