About the role
IT Hub Global is seeking an experienced IT Operations & Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of its laptop retail and service centre located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of RM 5,000 – RM 6,000 and is a full‑time, on‑site role that combines IT operational oversight with retail store management to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the laptop retail and service centre.
- Coordinate store activities, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Maintain IT infrastructure supporting retail and service functions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in IT operations and retail store management.
- Fluent Mandarin speaker.
- Based in or willing to work on‑site in Kuala Lumpur.
