About the role

IT Hub Global is seeking an experienced IT Operations & Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of its laptop retail and service centre located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of RM 5,000 – RM 6,000 and is a full‑time, on‑site role that combines IT operational oversight with retail store management to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the laptop retail and service centre.
Coordinate store activities, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
Maintain IT infrastructure supporting retail and service functions.

Required profile

Proven experience in IT operations and retail store management.
Fluent Mandarin speaker.
Based in or willing to work on‑site in Kuala Lumpur.
