Invoice-to-Cash Analyst (Korean Speaker) – Kuala Lumpur

About the role

The Invoice-to-Cash Analyst will support BASF's finance operations in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on end‑to‑end processing of invoicing, collections and treasury back‑office activities. The role requires Korean language proficiency and a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.

Key responsibilities

• Process Invoice‑to‑Cash workflows, including accounts receivable, collections and treasury back‑office tasks.
• Manage unallocated receipts, overdue accounts and post‑dunning actions, proposing corrective measures.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support internal, regional and global process implementation projects, including User Acceptance Testing.
• Participate in compliance audits and respond to internal and external audit queries.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Prepare training materials and conduct end‑user training sessions as needed.
• Assist with Business Continuity Planning through resource planning and backup coordination.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration, or a Chartered/Certified Professional Accountant qualification.
• Korean reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
