Intune Engineer

About the role

Beyondsoft Consulting is looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM). The role works closely with enterprise customers to design, implement, migrate and optimise modern endpoint management solutions, while providing technical guidance and hands-on delivery support.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements for endpoint and device management.
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Support co-management and migration from SCCM to Intune, including workload transition and modernisation planning.
• Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, Windows Update and endpoint security policies.
• Support Windows Autopilot design, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot complex Intune/SCCM issues across Windows and enterprise endpoint environments.
• Provide architecture recommendations, technical workshops, assessments and implementation guidance.
• Develop technical documentation, solution designs, operational guidance and best practices.
• Work with customer IT teams and stakeholders to drive successful solution adoption and delivery.

Required profile

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Solid experience with Intune device management, compliance, application management, Windows Autopilot and endpoint security.
• Experience with SCCM infrastructure, application and package deployment, software updates, OS deployment and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Intune/SCCM co-management and endpoint modernisation or migration projects.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer-facing, communication, consulting and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.
