Intern, Global Operations Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented intern to join our Global Operations Support team in Kuala Lumpur. The role supports maritime activities for the EMEA region, providing administrative and analytical assistance to the operations department.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative tasks that keep the operations team running smoothly.
• Support specific units with troubleshooting and ad‑hoc problem solving.
• Generate and format reports that deliver insights for decision‑making.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for operational processes.
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking.
• Track pending operational tasks and ensure timely communication across stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
