Interior Designer – 2D/3D Design & Client Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a creative Interior Designer to join our studio in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves developing 2‑D and 3‑D design concepts, coordinating with clients, and conducting site inspections. You will work closely with senior designers and project managers to translate client briefs into functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. This is a hybrid position offering a blend of office and on‑site work.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2‑D drawings and 3‑D visualisations for interior projects.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure design intent is correctly implemented.
• Prepare material specifications and cost estimates.
• Maintain design documentation and project files.
• Collaborate with the design team to refine concepts and deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in interior design.
• Ability to read Chinese for client communication and documentation.
• Proficient in using design software for 2‑D and 3‑D modelling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
