About the role
Our client, Macnica Malaysia Sdn Bhd, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in George Town, Penang. This is a full‑time, on‑site position focused on supporting the sales function and engaging with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the sales team by handling inbound customer inquiries.
- Provide product information and respond to sales‑related questions.
- Support order processing and follow‑up activities.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
