About the role

This internship supports the Country HR Representative on a range of HR topics, focusing on learning & development, employer branding, and talent acquisition. You will gain hands‑on experience creating content, planning engagement activities, and supporting HR projects.

Key responsibilities

Support C/HRR on overall country HR topics, including Learning & Development, Employer Branding, and Talent Acquisition.
Create engaging media content for recruitment, HR events, and employer branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with communication strategy.
Plan and actively participate in HR engagement activities and assist with survey preparation and analysis.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support HR policy research and development.

Required profile

Bachelor degree in HR, Mass Communication, or related fields.
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
Compulsory internship duration of at least 4 months, starting January 2027.

Required skills

Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
