Key responsibilities

• Support core departmental functions and understand their impact on the business and customer value chain.
• Perform day‑to‑day operations such as analysis, reporting, coordination and administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on initiatives, projects and process improvements.
• Build foundational knowledge of insurance products, customer segments, regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Identify gaps, recommend improvements and help enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Engage in continuous learning through on‑the‑job exposure, training and feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.5.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1‑2 years of experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn.
