About the role
The Financial Control Manager will lead the finance control function for our operations in Putrajaya, ensuring accurate reporting, robust governance and strategic financial oversight. This on‑site position reports to senior finance leadership and collaborates closely with global finance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes, guaranteeing timely and accurate financial statements.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, performance management and development.
- Drive strategic financial analysis and budgeting to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
- Partner with global finance partners to align local practices with worldwide standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in financial control or accounting leadership roles.
- Strong managerial and strategic leadership capabilities.
- Exposure to global finance environments and cross‑border reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
