Field Service Engineer – AMR & Cobot

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Field Service Engineer who will specialize in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Collaborative Robotic Arms. The position is based in Melaka and follows a hybrid working arrangement, allowing a mix of on‑site client visits and remote support.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver on‑site technical service, installation, and maintenance for AMR and cobot systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance of robotic equipment.
- Provide timely support and documentation to clients, maintaining high service standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in field service engineering, preferably with robotics or automation equipment.
- Strong technical background in electrical/electronic engineering.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
