Factory Production Executive

About the role

The Factory Production Executive is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured at our Miri facility meet strict safety, regulatory, and company standards. This full‑time, on‑site position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and compliance throughout the production process.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production lines to verify adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to address any deviations.
• Maintain accurate records of production standards and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product safety and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills for reporting and coordination.
