Export Management Executive – Kuala Lumpur

About the role

The Export Management Executive will ensure that export orders are processed and shipped in compliance with legal, customer and country requirements. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the role supports process improvement and risk management for overseas deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor export customer orders from multiple business units, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Fulfill customer‑specific service agreements and manage door‑to‑door accountability.
• Collaborate with transport managers, forwarders and export managers to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Prepare, validate and monitor export documents such as BL/SWB, COO, COA, MSDS and packing lists.
• Troubleshoot order discrepancies and work with cross‑functional teams to prevent delays.
• Execute export transactions in SAP, maintaining accurate data flow and documentation.
• Participate in system and process improvements, including UAT and feedback provision.
• Provide backup support to ensure continuity of operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• 1‑2 years of experience in order management, export management, supply chain or logistics.
• Strong customer orientation and independent, process‑oriented working style.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
