Experienced Associate, Deals Advisory

About the role

PwC is looking for an Experienced Associate to join its Deals Advisory team in Kuching. You will support clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring, helping them maximise value and navigate complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on M&A, divestitures and restructuring projects.
• Conduct financial due diligence and deliver data‑driven insights.
• Coordinate stakeholders across large‑scale capital projects to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Support cross‑border engagements and maintain high ethical standards.
• Contribute technical knowledge in transaction advisory and audit.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant transaction advisory experience after qualification.
• Background in financial due diligence and external audit.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
