Executive Chef – Asian/Western Cuisine (2 positions)

About the role

We are seeking two Executive Chefs to lead the culinary direction of our fast‑growing, multi‑brand food & beverage group in Johor Bahru. The role focuses on both Asian and Western cuisine, driving menu innovation and ensuring operational excellence across several restaurant outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the culinary vision for Asian and Western restaurant concepts.
• Lead menu development and innovation to keep the brands competitive.
• Oversee kitchen operations across multiple outlets, maintaining quality, consistency and safety standards.
• Collaborate with outlet managers to align culinary execution with business objectives.
• Mentor and develop kitchen teams to sustain high performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an executive or head chef in Asian and/or Western cuisine.
• Demonstrated ability to manage kitchens in more than one outlet.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for culinary creativity and operational excellence.
