Document Controller Coordinator

About the role

The Document Controller Coordinator will support Esmart Electronics Technology Sdn Bhd by managing the flow, storage, and retrieval of all company documents. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that records are accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant with internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the document control system, ensuring proper version control.
• Receive, classify, and distribute incoming documents to relevant departments.
• Archive and retrieve documents efficiently, supporting audits and inspections.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure documentation is complete and meets regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on document status and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in document control, records management, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with standard office procedures and filing systems.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of RM3,000 – RM4,000 per month.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 8 AM‑5 PM, Saturday 8 AM‑12 PM (5.5‑day work week).
• On‑site work environment in Johor Bahru.
