About the role
The Data Science Engineer will develop wafer analytics and predictive models that enable data‑driven research and development innovation at ams OSRAM. The role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics to drive innovation in optoelectronic technology. Based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, this full‑time position follows a hybrid work model and may include international assignment opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement wafer analytics to extract actionable insights from manufacturing data.
- Build predictive models that support R&D projects and accelerate optoelectronic technology development.
