About the role

We are looking for a Data Center Shift Lead to head the facilities team at our Sedenak location. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures the smooth operation of the data centre during each shift.

Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise the facilities team responsible for daily operations.
Oversee maintenance activities to keep building systems functional.
Manage cleaning schedules to maintain a safe and tidy environment.
Coordinate security measures to protect the data centre assets.
Monitor building systems and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

Proven ability to lead a facilities team.
Experience with maintenance, cleaning, security and building system operations.
Willingness to work on‑site full time.
