About the role
We are looking for a Data Center Shift Lead to head the facilities team at our Sedenak location. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures the smooth operation of the data centre during each shift.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the facilities team responsible for daily operations.
- Oversee maintenance activities to keep building systems functional.
- Manage cleaning schedules to maintain a safe and tidy environment.
- Coordinate security measures to protect the data centre assets.
- Monitor building systems and address any issues promptly.
Required profile
- Proven ability to lead a facilities team.
- Experience with maintenance, cleaning, security and building system operations.
- Willingness to work on‑site full time.
