About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our night‑shift US‑based operation. The role is based on‑site in Bukit Jelutong, Selangor, Malaysia and involves providing support to customers in the United States. S.F. Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls for US customers during the night shift.
- Provide information on shipment status, tracking, and logistics services.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department following company procedures.
Required profile
- Willingness to work night‑shift hours on a full‑time basis.
- Ability to work on‑site in an office environment.
