Contract Management Specialist (EMEA)

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join its Contract Management team in Kuala Lumpur. The role supports the EMEA region, working within UK business hours, and plays a pivotal part in the quote‑to‑fulfilment process by ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage sales‑related contracts, ensuring completeness and adherence to AVEVA’s guidelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Trade Compliance, Finance, Order Entry, Deal Desk and Fulfilment teams to align contract requirements.
• Facilitate contract signature processes and maintain timely execution.
• Maintain organized archives of working papers and executed agreements with proper metadata.
• Draft, prepare and edit documents such as NDAs, termination letters, novation letters and price escalation notices under supervision.
• Support trade compliance, credit checks, bidding and pre‑qualification activities.
• Provide prompt, professional responses to internal and external queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of commercial contract terminology and processes.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across cross‑functional teams.
• Works within UK time zone while based in Kuala Lumpur.
• Reports to the Legal Department but is not a legal counsel role.
