Campaign Executive, Influencer Marketing

About the role

A campaign executive is sought to manage campaigns from initiation to completion, including liaising with clients, planning and organizing deliverables and ensuring timely delivery. The role requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders, solving issues and keeping campaign performance strong. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date backend database and categorize data to speed up retrieval
• Source influencers matching campaign or proposal requirements and negotiate their confirmation
• Create influencer contracts and brief them on content requirements and guidelines
• Guide influencers through paid media access requests and schedule content submission and posting
• Follow up on timelines, handle day-to-day inquiries and content edits, and collect analytics after posts go live
• Provide daily campaign updates to campaign leads

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced creative, digital or social media agency
• Proven track record managing multiple campaigns at once
• Experience managing multiple freelancers across APAC for regional campaigns
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, organized, detailed and results-oriented
• Well-written and spoken English is essential; ability to speak and write Chinese and/or Bahasa Melayu for simple translation is an advantage

Required skills

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook trends
• Understanding of Xiao Hong Shu and Lemon8 is a plus
• Good command of Google Excel
