Business Analyst – Project Management

About the role

The Business Analyst (Project Management) will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions within AIA Group’s IT Solution Centre. Based on‑site in Kuala Lumpur, you will support multi‑country projects across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technology specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business‑technology transformation across AIA entities.
• Participate in project delivery for the AIA Group, ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project documentation.
